Builders & Buyers

Getting a new reality TV show on the air isn't easy. That's why MyOptic Media partnered with g.a.b. when they launched Builders & Buyers in 2007. Since then, g.a.b. has worked to establish Builders & Buyers as a fresh, new approach to reality TV in very competitive Chicago TV market. g.a.b. has been instrumental in developing and maintaining the show's website, designing business cards, DVD covers and the press kit, as well as working with vendors of the show to build their marketing presence and successfully landing local and national entertainment media coverage for Builders & Buyers.

ABC Moms

The owner of Brite Baby knows her knitting! She's been designing and selling her hand knit clothing for over 20 years throughout the Chicagoland area in high-end stores in Hyde Park, Winnetka and on Oak Street. When she set out to pursue her first retail space in Andersonville, she turned to g.a.b. to update her online space.

g.a.b. worked with Brite Baby to redesign their website to be easy to navigate, colorful and bright and an online showcase for one-of-a-kind knitwear.

Great Gatsby Gala

F. Scott Fitzgerald's Great Gatsby threw fantastic parties, and so does g.a.b. Set at the Belloc Lowndes Fine Art Gallery in downtown Chicago, an unique event space allowed for a memorable roaring twenties birthday celebration-complete with intimate candlelight, fresh cut gladiolas, strands of pearls, feathers and tabletop easels displaying mounted quotes from the novel.

Jane Addam's Hull House

The Small Business Development Center at the Jane Adam's Hull House in Chicago has but one mission: help small businesses succeed. This includes g.a.b. Through the Hull House's Entrepreneurial Training Program, g.a.b. owners, Amanda Nevels and Katie Williams-Arena, walked through the steps of creating a successful business plan. Armed with the information they needed, g.a.b. returned the favor.

With limited funds and resources, the center relies on the generosity of its "alumni." g.a.b. has offered consultation for communications, created a marketing communications plan for the center, developed and pitched press releases and stories, redesigned flyers and taught marketing workshops.

Carol Stream Park District

The Carol Stream Park District had an immediate need to launch and promote a new interactive gaming center. g.a.b. was happy to step in and help in the creation of a marketing plan, logo, game tokens, poster and V.I.P. invites to the center's premiere opening.
